Just an FYI on the belt logos: The earliest I've found definitive pictures of so far are the 1973 Tyrrell 005 & 006. Looks like Willans on their belts then. I'll keep looking for more period pics of different constructor's cars. This is one of those niggly little details that gets overlooked frequently. I see quite a few older era builds with modern logos, obviously as a result of using restored car pics for reference.

Looking forward to your next update on Tuesday.
As for the Daytona 500, I do what I do with most Nascar races, I record them plus 2 hrs to be on the safe side. Even then rain and what not isn't enough. I can also fast forward the commercials and save a good hour+. Same for Yellow flags that go on for what seems like forever. Still, it takes me a good few days to watch the whole race. So guys, please don't just post who won without a disclaimer.

Just a heads up on the mesh inlet covers. The upper trailing arm will interfere with the mesh if you build it with the trailing arm in the kit position. The trailing link mount on the real car could be moved higher or lower to adjust suspension geometry. When the higher mount was used the standard inlet had clearance. When the lower mount position was used, (as it is in the kit) the team used a shorter stack to allow clearance with the inlet mesh.

So what now with the mesh covers? Are you still going to use them and modify the trailing arm?

Ismael, Many thanks for posting the photo in my link.I have zero luck in posting photos myself! The photo arcticwolf posted is a very recent photo of the 1970 Spa car whereas my photo is of the Spa car in 1970. Steve
