As you can see, I have installed the engine and some of the major plumbing. I also added a few little details to the front. I do have to build and paint the exhaust, I have the gearbox and rear suspension tray and waiting to install. Still a lot more to do, but I’m liking where’s it’s going!!

Chris, The tub with the Ford Cosworth attached looks simply fantastic. Looking closely at the pictures of engine, it's getting harder and harder to be sure if we're looking at a super detailed model, or the real deal. Even the Clutch assembly with your weathering is candy to one's eyes.

As you all can see, major accomplishment achieved. It’s kind of sad that I had to cover up the clutch, but then again no one will ever see it. So now onto some oil and over flow tanks, battery and some brackets to hold it all, plus mount for rear wing! Stay tuned

Getting close now. Your clutch was lovely and it’s a shame it must be covered but we saw it and appreciated it.

Chris She's coming together at a steady pace as it's easier and easier to see all those little details. while the clutch is now a distant memory, those inboard disc brakes really do look quite good. But what really caught my eye was that shock. Damn if it doesn't look better then the real deal. joel

Paul, continued your outstanding work at the rear end. From the oil tank to the radiator, all those oil lines and especially the fittings look absolutely perfect. And of course my favorite shock makes another appearance.
My only question is why did you choose that neutral gray color for the radiator grates, as I thought they were usually gloss black?

Yup, I was busy, but then again I did have most of the parts already painted, just waiting for the right step to assemble. I did make a change. I decided not to use the white metal braided lines. All the photos I saw they used rubber high pressure tubing. I used top studio black braided lines, this was a first for me. I do like the look.
Joel: I decided to not paint the mesh screens black, because I wanted some contrast, everything was getting way too dark and I like the look.
Thanks everyone for the positive feedback Chris

Finished up the rear, only thing left is to do the wing. I also got the front radiator on. Not a lot of parts left but a lot to still do.
