Thanks Chris, unfortunately I don't own a lathe. I used a circle template to lay down a pencil line then sanded them down by hand.

JC, The fender flares do indeed look thinner as they trail off. I'd say it's a job well worth the effort. Same with the wheels. Once you pointed it out, I could see the difference. Joel

Fabricated a mount for the swing arm control bracket. Added bolt detail to the control arms.

Thanks Joel. I've been working on a lot of part fitment and tweaking of the fender flare shapes so not much interesting to show in that regard. I've decided to have another go at my customized version of the Campagnolo wheels. Here is what the wheel would like with Replicas & Miniatures' acorn nuts and an axle nut made from solid hex rod added. I rather like it.

JC, Those wheel nuts look fantastic. Honestly, with my poor eyesight, even on a 32 inch monitor, I can't see the hex shape. So for me, I'd opt for the acorn nut ones. But that's just me.

My Decalcas wheels finally arrived from Spot Model. I think this is the winning combination for the gravel spec car. Decalcas certainly got creative with the resin color they cast the wheels in.

JC, The wheels look great. Primer and paint will cover up the odd color. BTW, how long did it take to get your Spot Model order? My last order took 6 weeks, 6 days. I had already given up hope of ever seeing it as the USPS isn't the most reliable method. I've now made it a rule to only go with UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL.

Thanks Joel. Placed the order March 30th received the order May 10th - just under 6-weeks. USPS loss the package for about 10-days however. And it sat in NY at Customs for about 3-weeks. Nothing Spot Model can do about that - but it is frustrating.

Spotmodel to me takes about 2 1/2 weeks. From the US to me anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month. Go figure.

That's about the usual time for my orders, but almost 7 wks and they never replied to a single email about it. True the PO is the cause, but if their shipping costs were more reasonable, I would use Fed Ex or UPS. But I'm not paying $47 as their base shipping cost. Just seems way out of wack to what others charge like Gravity from Spain.
I placed a paint order on Monday from Sprue Brothers, paid for priority ground which is UPS. Cost $5 more then USPS and it's being delivered tomorrow.

Added acorn nuts to outer rim of my modified wheels. Modified the kit wheels into the very shallow version of the Cromodora. I need to order more acorn nuts to finish out all of these wheels.
